FREE Mac Backup, new from Daily

We’ve updated our great online storage product, DailyDrive, to include free Mac backup, so you need never worry about losing the files on your Mac again.

Choose the files you want to back up, how often you’d like it done, and at what time of day you want the backup to be made and Mac Backup from DailyDrive will do the rest. The backed up files are stored securely on your DailyDrive and can be accessed via a web browser if you need them.

Why need DailyDrive when you can backup free on an external hard drive with Time Machine? I don’t think all my iMac could possibly be backed up on dailydrive?

Thanks for your feedback, Guillaume. It all depends on how you use it, I think – DailyDrive is great for customers who prefer to keep an off-site backup for security reasons.

Aside from the Mac and PC Backup tools, though, it’s also really useful if you have files or documents that you’d like to be able to access from more than one location.
