Had to go through similar hoops to cancel my contract when I wanted an iphone too but I didn't resort to the lightsaber line. Knowing it's easy to leave definitely means I'm more likely to stay with Daily too. Had too many nightmares with faxes, nominet involvement etc before Great post – made me smile.
